Default installation of Terrastore doesn't log to the console the requests

Default installation should be as developer friendly as possible and avoid 
premature optimizations. I think that incoming PUT, GET etc. should be visible 
in the System output and not only in the disk based log

I think the Quickstart installation should definitely provide more verbose 
logging.

Regarding logs after normal startup, I'd rather keep them as low as they are 
now.

Any other takes on this?

Changed a few log levels and messages: now, the default configuration prints 
out INFO messages on each received request.
