error with checking cnv data v.s. protein or rna #4

Hi, @soonjye I am having an issue with checking labels between cnv and protein or rna. It works normally with my previous version of cnv /protein / rna data. But now I had a new version with 4 more samples and ~300 more genes, and the program is not finishing normally. It was showing error at the method 1 step. I have attached a screen shot of some error msg. Many thanks!

@pacificma based on the error message, it shows that the error is in trainGLM function but does not show beyond that. I could not deduce what is the exact reason, but it has something to do with training the Logistic Regression classifier process.
