Feature request: add to Biocontainers #36

Hi all,

It would be nice if WebGestaltR could be added to BioContainers. Any interest?

Hello,

Due to the the Rust configuration, there is still some work on packaging this for CRAN, specifically for Windows. From the BioConda website, it seems that it is preferred to have the package published on CRAN first, but I will revisit BioContainers once this is done.

I found https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/WebGestaltR/index.html on CRAN already. Are there some updates that haven't been pushed to CRAN yet?

For the 1.0.0 update there are significant changes to the architecture which haven't been updated to CRAN.

I am working on a Nextflow pipeline that is dependent on the latest CRAN release v0.4.6 of WebGestaltR. Will the significant architecture changes in the new 1.0.0 update change the behavior and expected outputs of the package? If so, it would be very helpful to have both the current and new releases on BioContainer so there are no unexpected errors after the new CRAN update.
