I find that it would be useful if goSlimSummary function returned a list of genes associated with each GO. It´s good that it prints the number of genes in each GO category, but it could also return which genes are those, as when you do an ORA and it lists genes in each enriched GO category ($overlaIp).
Alternatively, WebgestaltR function could be modified so you can retrieve the GO categories for all of your genes (without doing any enrichment analysis).
