Make compare function. #12

Per our discussion, we need to get started on making a compare function. For the moment the user should just be able to click on two hospital blips and compare information from the same fields.

Do you mean that the information for two hospitals should simply be on the screen at one time so the user can compare? Or are we going to allow the user to select two hospitals and then navigate them to a separate page that will present more information from the database concerning each hospital that is not currently in each info window?
