Upgrade strapi utils #4

Hi can you fix this error? 

error strapi-utils@3.6.11: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version ">=10.16.0 <=14.x.x". Got "16.17.1"

Are you still using Strapi 3? This version is no longer supported. I will update the readme soon.
