Moved/Updated files to enable HACS compatibility #3

Hello! I've updated the file structure so now the repository can be added as custom repo in HACS (tested with my fork and it works).

The only two things that are required to allow compatibility (but that I cannot do via a PR) is for you to just:

  1. publish a release (using a tag like v1.0)

  2. add some topics for the project (see here: https://docs.github.com/en/github/administering-a-repository/classifying-your-repository-with-topics). It should just take a moment. I suggest something like these: home-assistant, hassio, hassos, repsol, repsolluzygas
