Feature/cram format multiqc fix

• Fix processing picard output by multiqc plugin compatible to generate <sample>_metrics.json using compile_metrics.py
• picard memory resource updated (1 to 3GB) to accomodate reference fasta file
• Dockerfile fix for testing.
  • This need to be reverted to previous release command --depth 1 without checkout to any feature branch after merge to main to generate new docker image

• Follow README to build the docker image locally

cd containers
sh build_npm-sample-qc_docker_image.sh

• Push a new version of the Docker image on DockerHub

# Create new tag
docker tag npm-sample-qc:latest cbig/npm-sample-qc:v0.10.4
# Push on docker hub
docker push cbig/npm-sample-qc:v0.10.4

• Revert Dockerfile to pull from master
• Upgrade version (to use 0.10.4 image)

Note some issue in the code
