Convert old camping coolbox to water chiller

We got a sufficiently big compressor which just needs a little conversion work to become a pretty nice chiller. It currently lives below the lazor.

• [ ] Get ESP32 or similar to control the chiller
• [ ] Add temperature sensor on both inflow/outflow
• [ ] Add transistor/relay for switching the compressor on/off
• [ ] Add status LED and/or a tiny oled display to display stuff
• [ ] Add coolant containment inside coldside compressor loop
• [ ] Write software for control and monitoring (Maybe easily done with esphome?!)
• [ ] Assemble everything and test it
