Decalcify, clean and prepare coolant system

Needs a few things done:

• [x] General Cleaning
• [x] Decalcination of pump and hose
• [x] Check if enough distilled water is present
• [ ] Check if bucket is suitable (should have a cover against evaporation/dirt)
• [x] Check if everything is water tight to a certain pressure (must not ever leak water inside lazor, high voltage and water don't mix nicely)
