Refactor Circle Participation in Model-Layer #10

The current implementation for the participation lists in the model-layer sucks ass. In order to fully comply to the RFC as stated in #7, the participation list in the model-layer must support time-stamping arrival and departure of circle members during ongoing sessions.

When formally opening the circle, the time-stamp of all attendees should be set to now.
