Hmm, first of all I would make sure it has a designated (and resonably final and secure from the general public etc) parking space; plus a clear definition of what areas it's supposed to be able to travel to.

Sounds like main deck including main hall plus seminar room only, plus maybe occasional visits to wercstatt / nerd area / robolab, but never bruecce, weltenbaulab, soundlab or the real c-lab ...

Ensuring elevator navigatability plus (foldable?) local table space seems very relevant.

The whole thing will stay in the seminar room. If needed it will be put in the main hall or brought to events like the c3.

It is time to open this topic up again.

I found in the robolab:

• an old small oscilloscope
• a simple power supply

Add to that a soldering irong and some tools and we can start to have a nice mobile c-lab.
