Reinstall raspbian for he1-terminal #279

For some reason the pi crashes on booting. You are not even able to ping it and you don't see anything on an attached monitor. I also tried another pi... same behavior there, so it's not a hardware failure.

Raspbian is installed. Terminal works again.
