Description: Add an initial YAML with basic checks from PCS7 v9.1 Compendium. For initial version:

check if unnecessary services are disabled/not in autostart
check if SMBv1 is disabled
check if SSL/TLS versions lower 1.2 are disabled
WSUS per https
