I have fixed the issue #8 by adding the required templates PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE, BUG_REPORT_TEMPLATE and FEATURE_REQUEST_TEMPLATE. I have also added API DOCUMENTATION and CONTRIBUTE file better understanding of the project and guidelines to be followed to contribute to this open-source project.
