Would it be possible to make it clear that printbox.unicode won't be installed if uutf and uucp are not installed? #14

Took me some time to realise that these packages were needed in order for printbox.unicode to be installed. For anyone not really comfortable with the OCaml environment it can be a bit hard to find what packages they need :-)
