Examples to 1.5.0 #55

Move examples to A-Frame 1.5.0

No issues seen with Ammo / Cannon tests. Cannon-Worker tests still (as expected) have a lot of issues.

Remove non-existent parameters from HTML that were causing warnings: addCollideEventListener and collisionFlags. No idea of the history of these but they aren't supported by the code today.
