GitLab CI YAML boilerplate #18

No relevant issue.

Based on @thisismydesign's suggestion, it'd be great to collect the CI YAML files in one place.

Changes:

Besides the basic stages and code quality setup, the example contains the auto-deployment scripts to the different services - namely GL pages and Heroku.

Any other ideas that might be included as part of this boilerplate file?

Once all things are resolved here please also mirror these changes to GL electron project.
