Dynamic Pitch only works on the first day #21

I noticed that the dynamic pitch feature only works when both the day, and the time is close to the anchor.

If i set the time to 17000 (the anchor), the music will play slower

If i set the time to 41000 (the anchor one minecraft day ahead), the music does not play slower. This leads to the dynamic music only working on the first day of any minecraft world.
