Change Package Name of Caddy to 'github.com/coredns/caddy' #40

Currently (v0.2.4) the plugin does not compile against the latest master revisions. To fix this the Package path of caddy must be changed from github.com/caddyserver/caddy to github.com/coredns/caddy.
