FIX: re-add link #12

I added this change manually, but I don't think the map can be made into a clickable link, since you click and drag to move the visible area around. So as a workaround, I made the clickable link to the Deployment page in the text above the map bold, so it would be obvious that it was a link.

Clicking the map used to work...
