Conditions for CloudCover removed (no CloudCover property for WorldCover products)
Asset changed from Thumbnail image to actual image (no thumbnail abailable for WorldCover products)

I don't think we want to merge this. It's just a modification of the example, even removing some features.

At least I would like @annefou to confirm whether this is working for her as expected and then decide whether we take some of the changes to main or we simply close this PR.

This is explained in the Prerequisites Section of the notebook. The pystac-client library must be installed in the environment. This may be done in different ways, depending on how you work, but a naiive approach that works, e.g., in C-SCALE interactive notebooks, is adding a cell with pip install pystac_client to the front of the notebook.
