Script to ingest INCD data #1

Highest priority is getting INCD data into the central catalog, so that also serves as a good example of what this ingestion library can offer.

INCD also has an local catalog already (based on eoDAG), so maybe that one can even be traversed. Only asset metadata will have to be transformed. It also makes sense to upgrade the metadata based on the sentinelhub example. Especially the datacube extension properties are relevant.

@mariojmdavid I gather you know best what the data is and what needs to be registered. The Resto instance we have set up at http://resto.c-scale.zcu.cz/ does not accept EGI Check-in identification. Please contact @valtri for an account. Everyone, please note that the STAC catalogue we have deployed at CESNET is not a generic C-SCALE or EOSC service and AAI integration is not in scope for this project. If it happens during this iteration of the project, it will be a happy circumstance. It is a managed service for C-SCALE use cases who talk to us. Use it carefuly, do not disrupt other people's work even if you get the chance.
