Make necessary data for Aquamonitor available on INFN and INCD #11

@sustr4 there is an open question about who is responsible for making the necessary data for the use cases available on the respective infrastructure.

Could you please discuss with @mariojmdavid and @gdonvito how to get the necessary data onto the infrastructure? From a EO user perspective, this is an activity for the providers.

For more info about the data requirements, please see: https://confluence.egi.eu/x/GpGjBQ The initial deployment will focus on data from Spain (INCD), we could think about scaling up to Italy (INFN) or Europe

Hi,

I am on leave for the next scheduled meeting on 2nd August. Could you report here if you make any progress on this topic then?

Many thanks, Sebastian

Wow, what a skeleton :-) I can be able to attend the meeting on 2 Aug, although I don't have it recorded in my calendar and neither did I find the invitation with a naive search of my inbox.

Next meeting scheduled on 4th Oct. @zbenta could you please report progress here. Thanks!

Hi @zbenta

Do you have notes on how to populate data on your openEO platform deployment?

This would help others in the project, specially INFN to make their data available on the recently deployed openEO platform endpoint.

PS: Should we add Cesar to this GitHub repository?

Hi Sebastian,

I'm currently on vacation. We've been sharing info with Maricca through email, but we can also prepare a repository with some scripts an documentation on how to populate data in the catalog as we have done for the deployment of OpenEO on kubernetes. You can add Cesar to the repository as he and I have been working alongside on this project.

Thanks!

Enjoy your break!

For when you get back, please let me know Cesar's GitHub username so I can add it.

And if you could link here the repository with instructions to populate openEO, that would be great.

Best regards, Sebastian

Repository at INCD with all the services we deployed in order to get OpenEO up and running on kubernetes:

The part regarding the download and registration of products can be seen in the last paragraphs of the following documentation:

Currently solving issues at INCD in https://github.com/c-scale-community/use-case-aquamonitor/issues/26
