Able to pay even when money owned is 0 #7

The QR code for payment pops up even though I do not owe the person anything.

Fix

Checks whether the user owns any money first before creating the PayNow QR code.

This is actually intended, in case users wish to pay their friends without having to use modify the money owed via edit or lend commands. In the user guide, we specified that if you owe the person money, there will be a clear debt button, which implies that you are still able to use this feature even if you do not owe the person money.
