Data Preprocessing Tool #4

We should create a data preprocessing tool. This tool can be used to process the raw log and generate refined data. For example, we can filter out all healthy hosts and only focus on unhealthy ones.

Current progress:

Jun - Imported data into database.

Mingyi - A Java parser. Mingyi will clean the code and upload it to github. Then we can collaboratly improve it.

More suggestions are very welcome! Thanks!
