Hello

Can we use BAM or BED files for the visualisation of the Hic contacts maps? Any command example?

Sorry for the delayed reply. We have detailed explanations for the visualisation of the HiC data using Juicerbox in the main repo page and the in this bash script https://github.com/c-zhou/yahs/blob/main/scripts/run_yahs.sh.
