First cut of man page... #2

Made a start on some basic documentation. Hope that it is helpful.

I extracted the binary, as git can't track changes to binaries, and every change restores the whole binary (no diff). Also, the man page is now installed on make install.

Ah, I wondered about sending it as plain text, but wasn't sure as to how that would work in a git setup (still trying to come to grips with it).
