This PR updated Platform Configurator to version 0.4.1 and makes it redirect the user to the RAMP service request endpoint after the user clicks the "find a kit" button in Adaptive Questionnaire. At the moment we configured PC to append the AQ session ID to the redirect URL before issuing the redirect response to the broswer.
