Upgrade SADS to version 0.4.0 #311

This PR upgrades SADS to version 0.4.0 so we can enjoy some bug fixes:

@souayb actually we can't go ahead and merge this PR until we fix this:

and release a new Docker image w/ the fix.

@kostasgrevenitis the version of SADS you merged into main is broken

We need @souayb to fix

and then deploy a new version. Alternatively we could rollback to the previous version which seemed to work fine.
