The Odoo addons dirs in this repo should've tracked (as in version control) the code in their respective original repos. But they ain't. (They got copied over from prod, see #1.) This means we can't track changes w/r/t the original, get bug fixes, easily upgrade to new Odoo versions, etc.
Figure out if it's still possible to reconnect each addon to the original version it was copied from. Then they should be included in the Nix Odoo Addons package just like Martel's own addons---i.e. properly pulled from git repos with tags, SHAs, etc.
