Hover Effect for Link Icon #32

@naher94 I think a simple foundation button labeled "Register" should suffice.

@eddymankim do you think the icon is unclear? Designed a couple options but did like the other ones as much screen shot 2017-08-06 at 2 09 20 am

The top one with "Register" is good. Don't want to take any chances with icons. Also sometimes there might not be a register link, in which case the button should disappear.
