remove an unnecessary OrderedDict example. #213

the part about "Pythons dictionary dict does not preserve order." is no longer true for any (non-EOL) Python version

Good one. Just kept it from the py2x times, but removed it now. Had to use 2.x.x branch as base. Thanks.
