Autoresize module launch dialog #102

1. If I had a million dollars to pay you (that's what it'd cost if you
weren't so nice), I'd like you to add...
Autoresize module description window based on the length of the description and 
(ideally) the number of options too.

2. Because this feature doesn't exist I have to...
Manually resize module description.

3. If you add this feature I will...

I plan to keep the description size the way it is. One can expand the 
description or resize the dialog if they need to. I think this is better than 
having a different size dialog each time you open a module launcher dialog.
