arabic, chinese characters aren't identifiable in a meterpreter session

@aim4r reported a similar problem on Twitter awhile ago with accented 
characters. I suspect there is a Unicode issue somewhere in the pipeline 
between metasploit, msfrpcd, msgpack, my code to serialize/unserialize data, 
and Armitage. This is going to take a good day or two to sit down and figure 
out. I do consider it an important issue though, so when I get this block of 
available time (not for a few weeks unfortunately), I will try to investigate 
the issue then.
