Yavin IV Travel #1

Can't fly to Mining or Imperial outpost on Yavin IV. Also can't access the ticket terminals at either location. If you attempt to enter too many times you get put up in the air, if you then teleport to 0 0 you end up on taanab. Could be related to additional planet implementation.

This was resolved with the disabling of taanab.
