Box popping up for Neutral BH or Neutral Jedi #4

When a Covert/Onleavel BH goes after a SF Jedi or an SF BH goes for a Covert/Onleave Jedi a box pops up asking the user to type YES to confirm a faction change. Faction is irrelevant for BH missions and therefore this should never happen.

This issue has been fixed in the latest commit
