Support auto fetch multi tracker list url #300

Suggestion

I wish the Tracklist feature can add multiple links at the same time（I have a lot of trackerlist URLs, but managing them manually is cumbersome）

I think it's better to make a GitHub repo and set up your customized GitHub action, like what https://github.com/ngosang/trackerslist did there. Then let your qBTE client use the URL to the merged list in your repo, optionally with a CDN.

You can close this issue if your problem is solved.
