We can't judge Baidu offline downloader by GT\d+, cause it's gotorrent Peer ID. This is a legitimate client, but Baidu used it as Peer ID, so we can't merge it. If it is merged, it will affect normal users who using gotorrent as a BT client.

过滤go.torrent dev 20181121应该可以吧，这比gotorrent第一个release时间都早
