打开种子后的下载界面里的选择保存目录一栏，下拉列表里都是乱码 #517

qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent：4.6.1.10 x64 操作系统： Windows 10 lot 企业版 ltsc 版本21H2(操作系统内部版本19044.3693)

What is the problem?

打开种子后的下载界面里的选择保存目录一栏，下拉列表里都是乱码

Steps to reproduce

1、打开qbittorrent enhance edition 2、打开要下载的种子文件 3、打开选择保存目录的下拉栏

请问已经解决该问题了吗，我在从qb转过来后也遇到了同样的情况，可以的话想请教一下解决方法

我直接删除所有文件重装了软件就行了
