incorrect paths

Currently flyback requires all .glade files stored in subfolder of the 
directory containing the python scripts. This is wrong because python scripts 
are typically stored below /usr/bin and the .glade files below 
/usr/share/<app-name>/

I've updated the diff-files to fix the paths and adding "#!/usr/bin/python" to 
the headline of the python scripts. Additionaly I've removed deprechiated 
entries from the desktop-file
