My computer rebooted while CB was updating, now it won't update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Run CBloader
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect working i.e. to see the merging of the parts.  Now I get:

Inner Exception: the 'link' start tag on line 7 does not match the end tag of 
'head'. Line 15, position 3

For every part.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.30 on vista x86

Please provide any additional information below.

I have deleted all part files, but then the regular non-modded CB loads up.  I 
then redownload CBLoader and extracted to the charbuilderfull_p folder and main 
folder and run it again, but it won't download new parts
