Null reference issue on launch #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run CBLoader
2. It dies giving only the error "Object reference is not set to the instance 
of an object" 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CBLoader opens, but I only get a crash. The command prompt box goes away before 
it crashes so I don't know what the issue is but CB by itself works just fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CBLoader 1.3.0 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Using the same files I did back on XP where it worked fine. I'm at a loss.

I found the problem, a corrupted file in the Appdata directory. Delete this 
folder and reinstall and CBLoader works just fine.
