Missing multi-keys for FG1000 #1384

As we have at https://wiki.flightgear.org/FG1000#Multikey_Support, the FG1000 should support multi-keys. But it doesn't for C172P. I compared it with Cessna 182T and there it's working correctly.

FlightGear version 2020.4.0, build by myself at 2021-10-24.
