Soft Mobility: Public transport in green #846

Situation The idea is to restaure a fonctionality of v5 (soft mobility portal): when acces points are displayed on the map (either map of a route, or map of the topoguide), they should be green if public_transport is neither empty nor no_service.

Change is OK on API side: https://github.com/c2corg/v6_api/issues/1062 Once the API v6.8.0 is live, this issue can be fixed and the need api modification label removed.

In fact, this was not included in v6.8.0. What was added in soft mobility information on outings listings. Information still needs to be added: https://github.com/c2corg/v6_api/issues/1067
