Add crafting #92

Warning: Requires that log and plank blocks have been implemented (see #97).

A 2x2 crafting grid is available in the inventory.
A crafting table (3x3 grid) can be created.

The first crafting recipes to implement could be:

Logs → Planks
Planks → Crafting Table
Sticks → ...
And so on.
