Feature Request: Parameter comment line in generated crontab #45

It would be helpful if the entries generated in the crontab file had a comment 
line with some of the more important scheduling parameters in it, specifically 
rotation scheme and day_of_week.

It would be good for balancing and troubleshooting purposes to be able to just 
look at the crontab and see when the full backups are scheduled to kick off.
