Why is it `credential` in CreativeWork and `credentials` in all other assertions? #24

This pops up as schema.org vocab doesn't use plurals for fields, and in C2PA we do.

TWG agrees that we should keep the separation between two, but to add a note to the Creative Work assertion definition in the spec explaining the difference.
