Download link on 1.1 specification provides PDF of 1.0 specification #21

Repro steps:

  1. Navigate to https://c2pa.org/
  2. Click on Specification at the top
  3. Observe that the version at the top right reads 1.1
  4. Click on Download->Technical Specifications

Expected results: PDF of 1.1 specification is provided. Actual results: PDF of 1.0 specification is provided.

Looks like this link just needs to be updated.
