Fixed upvote and downvote button

Description

Fixed the behavior of upvote/downvote buttons to prevent negative voting counts or unlimited voting behavior.

Related Issue

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any post.
Click on the upvote/downvote button multiple times.
Observe negative voting counts or unlimited voting behavior.
